Client access

Confidential material belongs in the portal, not in email.

IRS notices, transcripts, bank records, and payroll detail are exchanged through the firm's client portal. Ordinary email is not a secure channel for identifying information, and the firm does not ask clients to send it that way.

How the exchange works

One channel, tracked from both sides.

  • Upload notices and documents through the portal at any hour.
  • The firm posts prepared returns, checklists, and correspondence to the same place.
  • Access is by individual credential; sharing credentials is discouraged.
  • System security and confidentiality are overseen by the firm's IT function.
  • Retention and access follow the firm's records practices and applicable rules.

The portal is operated by the firm's third-party provider. Its security and privacy terms govern the exchange; review them before uploading.
